Effective date: July 7, 2026
SoloMom (“we”, “us”) operates solomom.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose. The site is written for adults in the United States.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you subscribe to our emails or contact us, we receive your email address, your first name if you share it, and whatever you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). This relies on cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
How we use it
To send the emails you signed up for, to answer your messages, to improve the site, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Email marketing
Our email list runs on GoHighLevel, a marketing platform that stores subscriber details on our behalf. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. We never share the list with other companies for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run the site: Kinsta (hosting), Google Analytics (site statistics), and GoHighLevel (email). Each receives only the data it needs to do its job.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them; analytics simply stops counting you.
Affiliate links and third parties
We link to outside sites, including official government resources and merchant partners. Their privacy practices are their own. Some links are affiliate links, which means a merchant may set its own cookie when you click through. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how that works.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy laws. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@solomom.com with “privacy request” in the subject line. We respond to every verified request, and we never treat you differently for making one.
Security
We use standard security measures, including HTTPS everywhere and limited access to subscriber data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Questions: hello@solomom.com.
